Default Flop a straight but the board is suited.

MP2 was solid, Button was a very poor player. It felt a bit awkward to be pushing with a hand that might be dead already but if I am going to play this hand I kinda have to push here, right?

Also, unless someone flopped a flush I am favourite to win this no matter what they have (unless they have a made straight with a club which would mean they are freerolling).

Thoughts?

You probably play better than me, but I would have played the hand the same after the flop. I am not sure if I had called from BB with QJx however.

After I see that I get real scared and fold quickly to watch people with clubs fight it out. You are quite possibly drawing dead and u still have plenty chips but thats just me. You are a better player than I am.

Looks perfect to me. There's 555 in the pot compared to 875 in your stack, so I definitely think it's worth the relatively small risk someone has 2 of the remaining 10 clubs.

Ya im sure u know more than me here, but why not lead the flop ?

Were u just planning on check raising all in on any bet ?

I think the push on the flop looks good there i take my chances on being ahead here.

What buyin is this? I'm guessing he had AK with the ace of clubs.

It was a $22. I think it was a fairly obvious play. Why?

MP2 is going to fold so often that he really isn't a factor here. Weak stab at a dangerous flop. If he has a draw he will most likely fold. If he has the flush so be it.

Now we have button, who is a very poor player. Him raising and being reraised means he wants to call. Players like that just hate folding to aggression.

What does he raise I am a dog to? Flush. I suspect he would just smoothcall if he had that, since poor players just love to make their move on the turn when they have the goods.

But what kind of hands that I am favourite against would he call my raise with. I would guess quite a few. Most with a club in it. All two pairs. All sets. Most likely quite a few top pairs without a club. Him calling with a gutshot is not unthinkable as is middle pair, top kicker. So my thinking is that he basically will call this, and when he does I am ahead so often that I have to push.

What he had (in white).

AcAh. He did river the flush but that is beside the point. </font>
