Guide to Sng's?

Hey...I am normally a 2/4-3/6 LHE player. But I play many hours a day and would like to start expanding my horizons into NLHE Sng's. I've heard there is a really good starting guide that someone on this forum put together, I think specifically for Party Sng's. Could someone post a link to that guide, by any chance? Or any other tips you all have. Thanks!
