Intertops wont let me play poker?

I signed up there last night (for you know) and deposited for the sign up bonus. i havent been able to login to the poker software or the poker section of their website, only the sportsbook. so i just called them to see what the deal was. she asked me if i had accounts at party or empire, i was like yeah. (i have accounts at all the other skins) she said that i couldnt play poker at intertops unless i closed the account. has this happened to anyone else at intertops? ive had no problems at all the other skins and it seems like most of the time when people get asked the same question its not a problem. i dont really ever play at empire, so i was thinking about closing that account down and sending intertops an email (thats what she told me to do). think that will work? any other ideas?

after reading about 500 threads here with people saying they said the same thing and had no problem, i assumed i could do the same. guess not.
