Default Dirty trick???

The move is turning over hole cards without folding in order to get a player's reaction (usually in heads up play).

Is this allowed in tournament play? Cash games only? Is it considered poor form??? Thanks in advance!

Doyle writes about this in SS1, but I don't think it's allowed anymore.

Phil H. use to do this. It is no longer allowed in major tournaments (or at least most)

Each card room has it's own rules, so I have no idea about cash games.

I consider it poor form.

Hand is dead in my local poker room even if just one card is exposed.
