Have you guys tried an online bank account? I know ING has online savings accounts that people have linked to Neteller, and I'm sure there are tons of other online only banks that will allow you to move money into and out of neteller and poker sites.

I'm not sure how the Maryland issue is treated in that case but who knows?

my mastercard debit card wouldn't work, but e-checks or outright wires worked fine....try that.
