I'm not omaha expert but I hate that flop for bottom set with 9s. If the T comes TTT99 or TTTAA beats you enough that folding can't be a bad move if the pot is small. If the A comes whitch it did I really hate the hand. A low blank on the turn and I push to the river. The way it played out I would call down a fish and fold to a stronger tighter player again depending on the pot size.

I'd call it down unless you are getting sandwiched and three bet by two or more players.
