Default Pokertracker newbie, help please

I thought that it imported my hands automatically... but, how can I most easily use this software??? I don't play too often on party and usually play 2/4 and 3/6... my opponents are so varied that I'm not sure that I would get any benefit on their play but it may show leaks in my game.

Any help and suggestions on how to get started would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming you have visited the poker tracker forums already? If not, then that is probably a good first step.
