UTG+1 is a staller. He spent his full allotted time on EVERY hand for the first 2 1/2 rounds until a floorperson finally asked him to stop.
He's only shown decent hands and steals occasionally in obvious positions. MP3 has been very aggressive with his large stack. Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (10 handed) converter UTG (t2715) UTG+1 (t5160) Hero (t1500) MP1 (t2145) MP2 (t2810) MP3 (t12325) CO (t3125) Button (t3320) SB (t2260) BB (t2860) Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t300, Hero re-raises to t1500 all-in,7 folds, UTG+1 calls t1200. Nope. With 10 bb stack, I'm pushing this hand everytime. THe only time that I ever might fold these hands is if it has been raised AND reraised.

Easy push, you're the shortest stack at the table and you need some chips asap.
