If you only have one buy-in I would suggest not playing poker at that limit. Go play with your buddies for 10 bucks. Playing that short you will just give away your money through weak tight play or you will get out-draw once and that's the end.

I know this has been said a million times, but you need several thousand dollars entirely devoted to poker to play a game of this size. If you can only set aside 200 dollars, throw the 200 on party poker and other sites that have good bonuses (check bonuswhores.com) and build your bankroll with playing and the bonuses until you get enough to play bigger games. Try to keep at least 1,000 times the Big Blind in your bankroll. (So for NL 25, 250 dollars, for NL 50 500 dollars)

Good Luck man, PM me if you have any questions about getting started the right way.
