this seems like a DUH hand to me. he hit the flop. hard. you said he doenst like raising broadways. hmm. bets the second jack on the turn, bets the third jack on the river, oh and he 3bets your raise...id say we see that jack here, A LOT. probability wise it's rare, until you consider the fact that he played his hand like it had a j from the beginning. no reason to doubt him now.

Well...I'm definitely against folding. I think you're aiming for the cheapest showdown possible.

I'm calling the river when he bets, if this guy is passive, he isn't betting garbage and he's been playing like he has a J. But your river raise doesn't seem ridiculous at all, unless as you say he never pushes anything but a winner.

Once you raised the river and he 3-bets, I'm expecting a J, but still calling.

I do not like the river raise at all. Unless hes maniacle and is throwing out a bluff he probably has you beat. Its always tought but sometimes you got to give them credit for the case jack. Just call the river

If he is bluffing is he calling a raise on the river anyway?.
