Default winrates - low content

A friend of mine started online poker a few months ago, won a couple tournaments, and then started playing mid and high stakes cash games. You have definitely played with him on stars, ub, and probably party.
He literally has no idea about winrates. Take this excerpt from an AIM conversation and tear him apart.

j*******: how could a good player NOT beat 5-10 NL for $500 an hour
j*******: running 4 tables

He is talking full tables so that is about 25bb/100.

mabye not $500 and hour, but $200/hr is not all that hard 4 tabling 5/10 if you are good.

So can anyone tell me how many hands he has played and how much he has won? A simple "20k hands of 2000nl at 20BB/100" or whatever you guys are claiming would make me less skeptical.

Edit for pronoun clarification (my well-running friend is anonymous unless he wants to post in this thread- I thought it was clear "he" was refering to anyone): I want a person to post "my win rate is..."
