Villian is a 15/3. I think my play was too aggressive.

Why minraise this flop? You've got top pair-medium kicker. After the checkraise, you are offering him 7-1 odds. You haven't priced out the flush, you haven't really priced out second pair or bottom pair with a backdoor flush draw. Your min-raise followed by his call hasn't really given you any info about the hand. Which makes your turn bet really difficult.

Given your minraise, I'd check behind on the turn and call a smallish bet on the river.
