How bout a 3 bet on the flop. Can't see why not if you are planning on leading the turn (which you have to).

I like your logic, but I think the button screws up your plans. After he raises the flop bet, and everybody calls, I would be awefully tempted to 3 bet and trap the peoople that have 2 or 3 outs for as many bets as possible. Any flush draw or straight draw is coming, correctly so, and i'd like to get my overlay now on the people I believe I have dominated.

Maybe I'm leaking.

Do you regularly just call in spots like this with AK preflop or do the passive raiser and coldcaller influence it? Just wondering what your thoughts were on it.

One of those two diamond rainbow boards eh?

If the button had not raised to thin out the blinds and you had seen the Turn with 6 opponents would you really feel good about putting in a Turn raise with just a pair? Also, what if the passive UTG player is afraid of the Ace and doesn't bet his QQ or JJ on the turn, foiling your plan to raise it there. The in cheap blind picks up a draw on the Turn, calls the one bet and beats you on the river. Or worse yet, you do get in the Raise and find yourself reraised by somebody who hit a set or two pair or a midrange gutshot straight.

I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong. But I have a hard time slow playing a set for a Turn raise against that many opponents and not having it blow up in my face, much less One Pair.

You are leaking. Raise pre-flop: You'll have enough customers. Plan on the flop is fine, but 3-bet and bet the turn.
