Default 4 pre-flop decisions

I've been advised to loosen up in the blinds and wondered what everyone here thought of these. No real reads yet, Party Poker, 10-20 6-max.

1) UTG raises, Button 3-bets, KTs in the big blind?
2) UTG limps, MP raises, button cold calls, 22 in the small blind?
3) UTG limps, MP limps, 2 folds, K6o in the small blind?
4) UTG raises, (seems LAG, raised J9o UTG earlier), 3 folds, 55 in the small blind?

Thanks for the responces.

1. Fold
2. Fold
3. Fold
4. If utg is a good tough player I like folding. If you're gonna play it I prefer raising.

(limp, raise, fold, cold-call, we have 22 and...)
2. Fold

Why?

There are 6.5 sb in the pot already, we have to put in 1.5. We also have 2 other players behind us. Let's assume BB calls the raise half of the time and UTG always calls the raise. That means there are 8 sb in the pot and we're calling 1.5. This just seems like a retardedly easy call to make.

fold, call, fold,

The last one depends on your ability to call against maniacs. It is either fold or raise.
