Villain has been pretty aggro, I have like 30 hands on him and he's entered ~60% of the pots so far at this table. He seems decent though despite his apparent aggro tendencies.

Looks good on every street, though I would continuation-bet the flop as a rule.

I would almost always make 2/3 to a potsized bet on this flop if I were the pre flop raiser and my one opponent checks it to me. Even more so since the flop didn't help me. What I hope for, is that he doesn't have a jack and folds (fairly reasonable), or that he comes over the top of me so I can muck with clear conscience.

I would have potted the flop as a continuation bet.
On the turn, you may be best but his line seems weird, perhaps he is slowplaying a J. Another card seems more likely to help you than him; I flat call and draw to the nut flush.
Call the river, you're getting 7:1; he could be on a smaller pair, A8, etc. At least you find out what holds to bet this line.
