I just think they would have been better served getting a running partner for Felton.

I felt like McCants was one of the five strongest players in the draft, as far as talent goes. The problem was that he seems like he's going to be the next Paul Pierce: an incredible talent that never reaches his full potential because of attitude problems. I think having Kevin Garnett on his team will be an tremendous help to him, and he's going to be a star. Also, he's the perfect successor to Spree. That was a great pick for everyone involved.

The Celtics just got the steal of the draft. What a great day!

Felton number 5?! Whoa!

I like the pick. Charlotte needs a PG and if they didn't take him, it's likely that the Lakers would've.

YEESSS! Raptors went crazy! Knicks can't possibly screw this up!

Edit: I want Green. [censored] Frye.

[/ QUOTE ]

Frye cannot possibly play 5 in the NBA. I'm SO HAPPY with Green. Kid is nasstty. BTW, there was that big guy who was taken that's 17. He's 3 months older than me lol.

I don't like Sean May going to the Bobcats. They already have a young star power forward.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree that it probably wasn't the best pick (I would've gone with McCants), but winners seem to be their drafting theme, and May is a great winner.

I agree with this.

Side note: I think Bird picked Granger just to piss off Ainge. I'm VERY happy with Green though.

As a Net fan, I hated our pick (Wright)as we already have Jefferson and Vince Carter at his position.

I'm hoping they have some sort of handshake deal with Rahim (sp? otherwise this just blows.
