wind,

if i had a read that opponents were tight, i might have put in a bet on the turn to try and get a better but bare low hand to fold. i think c/c all the way in bad position is pretty reasonable, even with the possibility of a bigger straight and paired board with those cards. getting quartered three handed on the end wouldnt be a total disaster.

respectfully,
temp

Yeah, I read it the same way. I might have bet out on the flop, but I was surprised the BB didn't have a better low.

I would have played the rest of it the same way.

Ironman,
Don't be surprised. It's amazing what you see at the Party 1/2 6-max!

I was watching you play last night. Aren't those 6-max tables great!!!

Anyways, given your position, I'd have trouble playing it differently against solid opponents. But considering this is the Party 1/2 6-max, chances are you have a fish or two in there.
Depending on how I was running (and lately it's been good), and what PTO tells me about these players, I may be betting this flop to thin the herd. In hindsight, you'd get the same callers, but aggression works well at this level. The turn card would make me cringe, but I'd bet again to represent all kinds of hands. This is where I'd expect the raise from a made hand, and without one I'd think I'm in the lead for high.
A river bet would have a decent chance of getting Mr. Low Straight to fold, and scooooooooooooop! Yes, hindsight is wonderful....

Again, depends on the opponents. Solid, do what you did. Weak, push them around.

See you tonight
