I agree that it would by definition help better players. Wouldn't it by definition reduce variance as well. I would imagine if a pro sat down with 1,000,000 chips with 9 donkeys and the blinds were at 1-2 for the first few months etc. he or she would win just about every time. Do UB players have less variance? I have had less on that site but small samples on both PP and UB.

Also you notice how many players that are horrible at headsup if the blinds are low. While I certainly have a tonne of HU leaks I get the feeling I am outplaying my opponent HU much more compared to previously.

well i had my 5k swing already, but i had a 10k upswing to start. i love the new setup. ive been 8 tabling like a fiend in the 215s to try to get my sng game back on track and get some guaranteed money. has been going great. level 5 is amazing, and people havent figured out how to use that yet. im getting WAYYYY more high finishes, and WAYYY less 6-8th places. patience patience patience. holla
