HOH II - No Stop-n-Go?
I haven't read every page yet, but it appears that there is no disucssion of the Stop-n-Go play in HOH. I was kind of disappointed by that. There are still some marginal situations where I am not sure if the Stop-n-Go is best, and I would like to have heard what harrington has to say about it.

Re: HOH II - No Stop-n-Go?
HOH2 is a very hit or miss book, unfortunately. It has discussion on concepts that 99% of the poker world has never heard of before (but this forum has), mixed with hands that are just plain badly played or explained.
Do not take anything in it at face value. If there is a hand you disagree with and can articulate why, you are probably right and he is wrong. |

Re: HOH II - No Stop-n-Go?
IIRC Fossilman once mentioned the stop-n-go to Chris Ferguson, and Ferguson had never heard or thought of it before. So I'm not sure it's widely known outside of internet circles.
