Absolutely. Inside the Poker Mind is one of the best purchases I've ever made in my few years as a poker player. I rank it up there with some of the strategy-packed 2+2 books, and highly recommend it to all intermediate-advanced level players.

As for your vacation, I also recommend you take a few weeks or months off. You'll come back ready to play on your time, not because you feel you have to.
