Nobody will ever win two bracelets in the same year with such large fiels.
And, no pro will be able to win in these large fields either. Also, pocket Aces will never hold up against more than two opponents. |

How good is this guy? (Pretty freaking good, I guess). I've seen him on the WPT...seemed solid, but I would never have imagined before this week that he'd be leading the WSOP standings (in money, braclets and points).

He certainly does something right. He's a bit of a loose cannon but if he get some chips early he is effective attacking and building his chips. I would guess that sometimes he crashes and burns at final tables by his overaggressive play. But when he doesn't crash he wins! I watched this final table his chips were a roller coaster. He was short to start. Then doubled through greg for the chip lead. Then tired to make a move on peter lee with kj off. Lee raised from late at mark reraised[list] . Peter Lee then moved in i a heartbeat but mark was too pot committed at that point to fold to the reraise. And that hand blew his chip lead and was a short stack again. Unitl he turned 22's full spiking the deuce on turn to win a big pot off peter lee to regain his chip lead then never looked back.

I don't think it has really sunk in yet with the general poker community exactly how remarkable a feat this is.
I have to admit, I am surprised and impressed. There is no way to cavalierly chalk this up to luck. This guy has got to be considered a top-notch player. |
