Re: A2s vs another 2+2er (3/6 B&M)
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] On another note, I think this should be folded pre-flop. Sure, you are getting 5-1, but you are playing out of position against an early position raiser who is one of the better players at the table and who is likely to have a hand that has you dominated. If he has a dominating hand like AK, you aren't really getting the effective odds to try to outdraw him. Even if not, there is almost know way you are more than about 25% to win this hand (noting that the SB could also have you dominated). Let it go. [/ QUOTE ] I agree [/ QUOTE ] You guys are nits.. I have probably at least 25% equity in this pot, plus a good idea of my opponent's range of hands. Plus, "YA CAN'T WIN IF YA DON'T PLAY!!1@1" |

Re: A2s vs another 2+2er (3/6 B&M)
I'd fold preflop, getting 5: 1. Your ace could be dominated, and there are only 2 opponents to collect from (one of whom probably won't pay you off) if you make your flush.
Flop: I like betting because your friend's raise will likely drive out the SB and his 2 overcards to your pair. Turn: I'd probably check planning to call. However, betting out once again might not be bad as your opponent probably has 2 overcards. Still, I think I'd be a sissy and check/call. River: I like betting, because on that raggedy board your friend may call with just ace high. |

What are you posting for if you don't want people looking at your play critically? At best this is a marginal call against a dangerous opponent.

It's called a discussion, and it's why I posted the hand. I was joking about calling you guys "nits." I do still think this is an easy call preflop. |
