Villian is 58/28/2.5, has made some suspect raises preflop.

I was playing this same guy the other night. He'll probably show you 56o.

Anyways, I find there's only one thing to do against uber LAGs - keeping folding and grit your teeth till a hand like this comes along and then don't let up.

It's when this doesn't work out that it can really set you back, but there's really no other way to play this.
