Has anyone actually recieved anything from the absolute store?

My friend tried about a month ago and lost all his points somewhere when trying to tranfer them to the store. He has emailed them many times and they do not seem to be doing anything about it.

I had about 39000 in points and ordered numerous items more than a month ago and have not recieved anything.

Just wondering if anybody had recieved any of these items?

And is absolute customer service going in the tank?

I received my items I ordered just the other day, which was within their given timeframe of 4-6 weeks on delivery.

Dont know anything about the store but twice I have deposited a little after the bonus period, and they manually put the bonus in my account after email request.

I got a t shirt in about a week and a half. Came from CA and I'm in CO.

I received an item (within about 3 weeks i believe). also, my points also disappeared in the store, I emailed customer service and they forwarded my email to the guy in charge of those matters and he took care of it promptly... in fact, they did that for me twice in a period of two days. customer service was very helpful

I ordered a navy blue polo shirt from the store, which arrived in about 2 weeks.

The material was sized appropriately and is thin. It os not 100% cotton and it doesn't appear to have shrunk significantly in the first wash. If you prefer loose-fitting clothing, go a size larger for this item.

For those who have received stuff from the store did you get a confirmation e-mail when your stuff was shipped (not the purchase confirmation)? I ordered a shirt a couple weeks ago, and haven't heard anything yet.

I ordered "Poker Aces" the book, got it within 10 days. I don't think they ever sent me any email stating it had been shipped.

I ordered Hilger's book for 4000 points and never got an email confirmation that I ordered anything. It's been about a week and a half so it will be a while still.

i got the poker aces book last week. seemed timely to me.
