IIRC, you were still "running bad" with AA, KK, and some of your other big hands, weren't you? I know that I'm holding up at 1.1bb/100 now over 15k at 5/10, but I'm winning less than 50% of my normal earn with AA, KK, JJ, AK, and AKs, so I'm going to wait until 50k+ to make much more of a judgment.

AA and KK have made a combined 9 dollars and 50 cents for me over my first 4K run at 5/10...not surprisingly, I'm down...

Yeah, I'm just learning to recognize that this game is really swingy and I'm going to have to learn how to deal with that. I was doing pretty badly by my standards, running a little over .5bb/100, up until 1500 hands ago, then I won 97BB in the last 1500 hands. I'm learning to recognize where I'm screwing up, but I think I'm still folding too much as my W$SD is around 54, and I think that's probably a sign that I'm folding a few hands that I shouldn't be.

I don't go to showdown quite as much as some of the shorthanded gurus around here, and I suspect I fold to too many river bets, but I don't have my PT here at work. I'll PM you when I get my DB later

also once I saw alobar's "last 10,000 hands" graph I stopped caring about my pitifully small downswing over my pitifully small sample

Um, they're not that bad. They're both around 2 BB/hand.

I guess AKo is still pretty bad, and a couple of others that should be green are in the red (A9s, ATs, etc...)

For some reason I thought they were worse (AA is 1.7bb/hand for me, KK .9bb/hand).

If you take the absolute values of my highest peak and lowest low, and add them together, you get only 200 BB. This is a 30k sample.

It doesn't feel right.

They were, like 18,000 hands ago.

It doesn't look my cards have been *that* bad. I must be doing many things horribly wrong.

[/ QUOTE ]

not necessarily.

while this exercise is kinda helpful you still need somebody else (preferably more then just one other) to make a second best hand and/or give you action.

In the short/medium run you can still get your fair share of big hands and win with them at the expected percentages but still be running bad if you are winning rather small pots while losing the bigger pots.

This is for around 80k hands of 10\20 6-max, and about 5k of 15\30 6-max. I see there is an obvious leak with my one pair hands - I suppose this is because I am showing them down too much?

Any other comments on my misc stats?

For info my stats are 30\20\2.8.
