KK On the button

I've got KK on the button, All fold except 1 who raisies, i 3bet, SB and BB complete, and raiser calls. Flop rags... check to me and i bet, all call. Turn's an ace, checked to me again, i just check. Rivers a jack, checked about, i bet, 2 calls.

Should i have bet the turn, my fear was a Check Raise

Bet the turn, call a raise; check/call the river if raised on the turn.

I bet the turn and bet the river assuming no monkey business in between.

If opponents are TP, then I'd be more likely to check since they're less likely to pay off, but I doubt that's the case.
