I would bet the river here. You should be a favorite if he calls. A lot of times, people are afraid to raise top pair with a PFR who keeps firing away. He may also have a Ten and is hoping you missed with AK or KQ. Yes, the flush card is scary, but this is still, in my opinion, a good value bet.
