So my friend's retarded and in trouble, need some help please!

I set my buddy up with some bonus whoring goodness, and he can't get enough of the party skins for some reason so he made an account for a relative although this relative doesn't (and doesn't plan to) play. Party called said relatives and he got confused and said he didn't make an account, so now it's frozen. (Anti flame statement - I specifically told him that he shouldn't do this and if he does he needs to be damn careful). So can he get his relative to call party back and say that it is infact his account and that he got confused? Is there anything else he can do that might be better?

relative will probably also need scanned documents of ID ready. Also relative will have to convincingly call support and say he DID in fact create the account and was mistaken earlier.

Have the relative call back, say his wife was standing right there and she'd be pissed if he had another poker account. They'll open it right back up.
