BAD BEAT. WAHHHHHH

So I held AA with 4 people left and this other guy had 83 and then.....Just kidding!!!!

This post is really about bad beats though. I was curious what others do when they suffer a horrible bad beat at a SNG or ring game. I tend to cuss out everyone and insult anybody I can. What do you guys do and how can I stop myself from doing this.

I don't let them bother me... sometimes I say out loud "Oh [censored]" but thats about it.

I have been rewarded with a 65% ROI at the 50s.

Yeah, and I take comfort in the fact that it really isn't bad luck but the result of a rigged game.

I usually say "ouch nh" and leave it at that. If he's a good player that got desperate he'll know he got lucky. If he's a bad player and thinks he made an awesome move....cool, I want him to keep playing that way.

When things get really crappy I always just Alt-F4 and blow off steam playing some first person shooter online. If a round or 2 of blowing up l33t teenagers doesn't get the edge off, it's time to get out of the house. One should always have a list of other (better?) things to do than play poker.

Whatever it is, I try to avoid making up for the bad beat, such as by hopping onto a NL ring game and donating even more. I guess I just try to acknowledge to myself that it sucks, get it out of my system, and either do something else or move on.

Sometimes if it happens a couple of times I will go and pound on my drums as hard as possible, but last that happened I broke a head which made me even more mad.

I just lost a hand on turn when he had 4 outs for the river. Three left, we were both big stacks.
What did I do? I wrote "gg", he wrote "sory" and I started a new one. There's nothing you can do.
