Default NetTeller

If I link my bank to them (US bank), do I get hit with any kind of fee transferring money to/from Pokerstars?

I'm a big chickens*** about testing it without having more fee information than they list.

Yes and no. You get hit with fees transferring the money to NT. NT->Stars is no fee. Same difference.

There are no fees ever if you never use InstaCash.

Not true. EFT from bank to NT is free. It takes 4 or 5 business days though.

Great, thanks! I was afraid they were going to ding me with the monetary conversion between Stars>NT>bank. I don't see ever needing Instacash, just want the EFTs.

My bad. I always use instacash. I forget EFTs are free. Does a bank usually charge you to send it?

Nope. And it's free both ways.
