Default Ethical Poker Stars name?

Playing a SNG tonight I noticed a player whose hometown was AIM:xxxxxxx.
Is this okay or against any rules or T/C? Not to pick nits or be paranoid, but I don't like the idea of anyone at the table being able to collude with this guy at will or strike private deals.
Even if it isn't against the rules specifically, shouldn't it be?

Why don't you email Stars instead of just posting here?
