I think this is a hand that you toss at the turn raise. UTG seems to have just woken up and that means either a set, flush, or full house based on the board. Most passive players will stay in with suited hands or Qx.

My limited experience has shown me that a pair (or 2 pair if the second pair is on the board) will not hold up at showdown. I stay to the river far too often and have learned the hard way.

I wouldn't lead on the turn after the flop is capped.

You can throw it away preflop, if you like, but if you hate money that much just give it to me instead of throwing it away playing poker.

I play it exactly the same.

Even after UTG raises, I have trouble folding a decent hand in a pot this big.
