Default How do you take advantage of multi-tablers? (30/60)

I've read many times that in certain spots you can definitely take advantage of a solid player who you know is multi-tabling. I started thinking about where it was I could take advantage of them but didn't reach any definitive conclusions.

Is it that you can 3-bet their CO raise in the button with a larger range of hands, since they'll likely throw it away on the flop UI? And/or that you can open raise a little looser in MP against their blinds? Or perhaps it is just that you're respecting their bets and raises, and they'll call you down more often than they should when you play back at them? (in which case, you aren't really taking advantage of them, but they just don't have as accurate a read on you).

I suppose this question could go both ways, as the multi-tablers want to watch out for these spots as well.

Any thoughts?
