SB has tagish stats but he has done dumb things
CO is a huge fish

At first I was unsure about the river bet because I just don't see SB being on a draw as his fold equity looks slim. But I see no reason to check that river if he has a pair of jacks or better and there's a decent chance you get CO calling with a worse hand so I like the river bet. I am folding to a raise however.
