I wanted to make an effort to gamble this tourney to get a big stack. Haven't had a flush, open ended straight draw in almost 2 hours. Was at a table full of maniacs and couldn't get paid for something I didn't have. I'll do what I did for the empire 200k that I won. Make the money with the lowest stack then have 1000% stack increase in 30 minutes.

Well, it's not my style to overpay on monster draws. Other options to build a stack are value betting, deceptive play, well-timed resteals, and minimizing your losses.
