PP 20/40 yucky JJ in big pot, kinda lost on all streets

I wasnt sure about any of the streets, they all felt pretty uncomfortable but im not really sure what better lines are there. three-bet the flop? cold-call preflop and try for a flop checkraise? just an all-around icky hand.

not many hands on UTG+1 but his name was Big-something and he didnt seem very good. SB is 38/7.8/0.65 after 50 hands or so.

My feeling is that most players are reluctant to raise suited connectors and most likely 3 betting hands are aa-tt ak and aqs.

So at this point he more than likely has you on an overpair. However when you lead into him he raises which leads me to believe he has 999 or tt. He continues this action when the ten comes on the turn, this time i think he is most definitely telling you your over pair is no good, and I bet he has tt. We all know that sb caught his str8 draw which may or may not have been openeded. Fold and move on.
