expect to be capped by somebody who hasn't even looked at their cards yet. The only thing I enjoyed there was the occasional extremely hot girl that would play. Not sure how the SNGs go but if I ever make it back I'm playing those instead of the limit.

I would strongly suggest you get there real early and play until you are ready to leave. It is crazy packed. I have gone once and haven't been back on a Saturday night. Played for a bit, got up and went and ate dinner. Came back and signed up for a $130 SNG standing in line for 30 minutes just to sign up. Two hours later I turned in my buzzer without ever playing.

As for the poker, it's $2 poker and like the previous poster said it's pretty much bingo. You can play and have a good time if you go in there with the right minset and just enjoy being at a table. If you go trying to play good poker , you are in for a agonizing night unless you just happen to be a card rack that night.

Does this game play any looser or crazier than the typical 2/4 game or the party .50/1?

besides micro limit poker

They play 1/2 holdem. But the tourneys are pretty decent. The Hardrock and Seminole do not overlap the big MTT's, so you should also keep SEminole in mind (it's right down the street) if your looking for a MTT. They have 10 man tourneys going constantly starting at $45 and goes to $1000.
Saturday the HR has a 11am MTT. I think it is a $65 freezeout and I am pretty sure the Seminole has a MTT at 6:30pm. MTT's range from $65 to $500. They have freezeouts, re-buy and bounty tourneys. Beware, some of the MTT's have a very fast structure, blinds double every 20 minutes on some tourneys. The Thursday nite $360 MTT is the best, it covers all the blind levels so you get much more time to play. Wait lines are long but the HR is extremely automated, beepers to alert you when your tables ready etc.
I will probably be there sat morning.

I don't play 1/2 but a few of my friends are regulars, from what i hear expect 7-10 people every flop. I think the rake is outrageous too. I only play tourneys there.

If you are going to the Hard Rock, play the sngs. They are pretty darn soft (the highest I played is $250 though, don't know about the $500). Play some $2/$2 to pass the time for a sng, literally 7 or 8 to most flops, 3 or 4 to the river. It's a zoo.

It's a little less crowded but still can be very busy. The place is a shithole though. Its nickname is seminhole.
