Default Staying off strip

Ill be staying off strip, and be driving in and probably staying all day. Where should I be parking my car? Is parking free? is it all valet? if it is valet, do i tip when i pick my car up, or before also? I think every vegas scene ive seen in a movie, the people tip when they get out of their car.

Just park in the casino garages. They are safe and free. If you valet, tip a buck when you drop it off and a buck when you pick it up.

I usually only tip when I pick the car up. But I often tip $2, so I guess it evens out. Tip what you want, there will always be some knob that says you're wasting money and some other knob that says you're not tipping enough.

Remember, the reason to tip when you drop it off is because the same guy/girl probably wont' be the one to pick up your car and thus you're stiffing them when they are doing the same thing as the one who returns your vehicle to you.

I would tip 2 bucks total, 1 for each.
