There are tons of cardrooms within 25 miles or so of Seattle. Which part of town are you going to be at, and what limits are you instersted in?

I'm staying in Belltown. I usually play 15-30 Hold'em, though I like to have a NL game around if possible.

The only NL game in town is at tulalip (exit 200 about 35 minutes north of seattle).

Ah, that's easy then. For anything higher than 10-20 you need to go to Muckleshoot Casino. For NL you need to go to Tulalip Casino. Actually Tulalip might also have a higher limit game going, though not sure what the exact limits are.

I guess a bus might go, but i'm not very familiar with the bus system around here. You could try calling them to see if there are any busses or shuttles that run there from seattle.

There are some great 8/16 and 12/24 games going on in the city if you don't want to travel 45 minutes to an indian reservation. 20/40, 40/80 and NL games can only be found on the rez.

There is an especially live 8/16 game going on recently at the Club Hollywood Casino on 173rd and Aurora Ave (until 3am and then it continues at the Drift On Inn from 3am until 7:15 right next door).
