Default No-Limit River extravaganza

Live game 5/10 NL Game at the Wynn. I sat down about fifteen minutes ago and we are playing five handed.

CO (3000) limps folded to hero in BB (1055) with 86o

Flop 6c 7h Kd Pot 25

Hero checks CO checks

Turn 6s

Hero checks (who leads here??) Villain bets 20 Hero calls

River 8d Pot 61

Hero bets 60 Villain raises 160 Hero Raises 560 Villian raises all-in Hero calls (400)

In retrospect I should have lead the turn defining my hand better and on the river my thought was that I could get a little more value out of an a6 76 type hand with the reraise. I thought probably 45 seconds before my reraise because I had watched the villain slowplay top set maybe ten minutes earlier. In that hand he had baby raised on the turn and then moved all-in on the end with a maybe 3X pot bet with top full house. I called on the end even though I thought I was probably beat because I was getting 4:1 on my money and figured a 76 or a6 was still a possibility.

I didn't like my line and was wondering if anyone had a better one for this hand?

I guess it comes down to what you think of this player. The way he played the other hands seems very alike this one. So do you think, he knows, that you know, he plays monsters like that, and then tries to make a move?

Anyways like you have suggested I like leading the turn - but the way the hand was played I´m not putting in the third bet on the river. I like leading then calling.

The river raise and action up to that point would make me think he had 77.
