Default help me pick a set of irons

I've been shopping around for the last month or so for new irons and have narrowed it down to these two:

Taylormade 200 vs Cleveland TA7

I'm looking for a pretty forgiving super game improvement iron. I usually shoot in the low 100s to high 90s and want to get consistently in the 90s.

The TM are usually a bit cheaper since they have been around longer. Rockbottom had them for $199 on closeout last month, but I missed the boat on that deal. I've seen them on ebay new for around $250ish.

The TA7s are a newer club and people rave about them on golfreview. I've seen used sets in the low 200s and new they are closer to $400.

Unfortunately, I probably will have to buy either set sight unseen as I'm a lefty and it's a real bitch trying to demo clubs.

With that, I leave it to the omniscient OOTiots to help me pick a set of clubs. Recommendations outside of these two are helpful as well. I'm looking to spend no more than $300 for a set of irons.

Find out if the lie/loft is adjustable on these sets.
Make sure you get a shaft that is to your liking.
Buy the cheapest set that fits these two things, and then get your swing checked on a lie board.
Adjust lie/loft to proper fitting.

Never one to disappoint. I think we have a winner.

edit: chinagiftware.com sucks at the internet.

Your iron recommendations suck...clearly, the best choice is:
