I don't sleep like normal people. I take 20-minute catnaps about once every three hours. It gives me lots of free time during off-peak hours for me to pursue my interests without all the distractions of common everyday life.

I haven't slept more than eight consecutive hours in twenty years. I haven't slept more than seven consecutive hours in about ten years. Even during my high school and college years (I'm 51) I only slept ten or more hours maybe once or twice. ~ Rick

How do you do that? I have an f'ed sleeping schedule. I slept late on Friday and Saturday, couldn't sleep Sunday night into Monday morning so I stayed awake for 36 hours. Then slept 12 hour each the last two days (waking up at 4 Pm yesterday) and now I can't get to bed today, so I'm going to end up going to the gym at 6:30 and doing Monday all over basically.
