Getting in to Watch WSOP Events
I'm going to be in Vegas in a few weeks, and was wondering how easy it is for an average Joe to get in to watch one of the events (prelim events, not the main event)?

Re: Getting in to Watch WSOP Events
It's very easy. You can't always get close to every table, but the tables near the aisles are free game. You can usually stand just a few feet from your heroes. The final TV tables can be watched fairly close too. If the final table is not a TV table you can even get closer.
I assume the Main Event will be a mad house and more difficult to get close to. The first event -- the $1500 NL event -- was crowded, but still you can get fairly close to most tables. |

It's as easy as walking in the door.

The best part is watching a pro on an outer table, and also being able to see his/hers hole cards from 5-10 feet away. Very entertaining.
