Bah, chump stop making excuses, you will never measure up to my skills. Your just lucky my draw didnt hit, although a bad play on my part. When's the last time you won this? or Back-to-Back for that matter? The Legend of "Phil Hellmuth" lives on.....

Its almost comical to read OCs posts.

Remove the word in italics and you have it spot on.

"Option B. Reraise and have a CHANCE to double up and a GOOD shot at winning this $10,000. (I mean he was on the button he could have anything k 10 , k j, 8 10, all of which I had beat)."

Against a random hand you're like 47%, and this is not a random hand raising. This is a tournament, if you pass here, and most likely the SB, you have a good chance to out-last short stacks at the other table before you must play a hand. You shouldn't look down your nose at the $400, because with your chip position that's more then your EV.

Winning this hand doesn't get you a "good" shot at the $10K first prize, but losing does get you the bubble. I've made many bad plays in PokerStar's $215, but I rarely admit to listening to a railbird for advice on how to play a hand. This is a case of you playing to the crowd and IMO making a subpar play because of it.

Default why?

what makes you suspect it is him? I've played with him and find nothing remarkable about his play. In fact he seems a little weak/tight.

he was getting 3-1 odds and the raiser in a 6 handed game with a lot of chips could have a huge # of hands (unless he is a known rock).
even knowing his opponent has a pocket pair that is the right play.

yeah that cant be right because it has AK at 49.7 but AKs at 67 -- Against a random hand A2 is a very strong hand if you deal out 5 cards im pretty sure

heads up chart

53% according to this, it has hardly any hands dominated, so it seems right to me.
