I think I check behind on the turn and look to raise his value bet with KQ or stack him with KJ/AJ on the river.

It's not a good play when you're giving up action that you could have gotten with 33, or KJ, JT, AJ. I'd definitely bet here.

Well what time of player is he?

Calling station fire 300.

Thinking player bet weak 125-175 make him think you have AQ and are trying to put in a pre river blocking bet so he can blow you off your top pair hand.

Whatever you do don't check I doubt he is the type of player to limp K10s and then min bet the flop with his draw, 910s doesn't seem to fit either.

Also, he may c/r with a wide range of hands thinking the J is a scare card to your hand.
