Wow, an amazing number of people claiming they bet-fold, the tough-guy play which you never see at the tables. Pretty sure it's the right answer though.
Seriously, that MP player is either a calling station or has a flush draw. So a bet is good for value and a fold is easy if he raises. Guy. |

I think folding on this flop is actually the worst play ever. I think checking this river is the 2nd worse play ever. I think folding to a raise sucks too, but is not one of the worst plays ever, just bad. Well played.

Note that if the river had blanked off, say another ace, then I think this is still a bet but pretty close. It probably would have made a good "should I value bet" post, as opposed to most of those posts which are actually fairly routine value bets.
