I think in this situation you need to fold. You don't really have any information on this player and also haven't a clue as to the hands that he could have and smells like a situation where you are very far behind. I like the play on the flop, but when he reraises your raise on the turn I think you should have dropped the hand there.

i'd fold on the flop. you have no backdoor flush draw, your 2 pair outs may not be good, you have no implied odds for trips, etc etc etc.
