Re: Bubble Hand 10 9o vs. short-stack
Ok, that is what I did. I pushed and lost to 78o with him getting a straight. Ok, **** happens. Next hand is this one:
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) converter SB (t1678) BB (t2714) UTG (t2500) Hero (t1108) Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts small blind (200) BB posts big blind (400) UTG folds. Hero ???? What would you do now? |

Re: Bubble Hand 10 9o vs. short-stack
Folding either hand would be horrible. Don't even think about it. Just slide your chips toward the middle. Variance and getting called happens. Don't EVER fold either of these hands.
You should quit playing SNG's if you fold these and think it's correct. (not really, just trying to get in my point) |

Re: Bubble Hand 10 9o vs. short-stack
thanks for confirming this for me! I did push both of these hands and of course got called both times and lost both times.
Then, some guys comes around and just says that I'm on tilt and stuff like that, which is the reason why I wanted to get a second opinion from you guys, since I also thought that these were the correct plays. Thanks for your help! |
