no read, what to do??

Raise more preflop, for startes. $.6 is good, but at those limits you might even be able to get away with more.

I agree. If you're getting 3 people calling your AA PFR, then it is not enough.

As far as the hand I don't really know because I've never played with 8-10 dollar stacks. If it were looked at like a fifty dollar hand then you would have raised to 2.5 preflop then bet half pot and some guy raised you to $25 dollars. This would probably be a fold without a read.

However I'm guess at this level this would probably be a close push. Nobody can give you a good answer unless they have been watching the table for a while.
