What'd you say to Stars support to let them change your avatar?

Im curious whether they will let an average player change their icon or if you need to have name recognition or high FPP?

I told them my dog died and it hurt me too much to play and see his picture every time.

Now my image is just me....not sure what my next excuse will be....maybe a tragic disfiguring accident.

Ive only selected an image one time, and it says you can't change it again. I suppose it's to filter out obscene images and whatnot.

It's not a huge deal but Ive read that posters have gotten support to let them change it before. I just dont know how to ask support.

If this is your first image you should get 1 free change? That's how it used to be anyway.

Problems begin at change #2.

That's what I thought too, but Ive always had the same image. For some reason the system thinks Ive changed when I havent, although I doubt there is evidence of this.

just say you relaly want to change your image. you dont need to lie. they have the best support, they will allow you to im sure.

if you email each time then you could do it a million times...i believe the 2 avatar limit is to discourage people from changing them on a regular basis and overworking whatever saps job it is to check all the avatars.

They let me change it once and said they did it becasue I've been a long time customer blah blah blah.
